Founded by Kim and Chase — longtime collaborators in the custom homebuilding industry — 3 Cords was born from a desire to do things differently. After years working for other companies, they built a business where integrity leads, craftsmanship matters, and clients are treated like family.
Today, 3 Cords is a one-stop shop for builders, architects, designers, and homeowners across Texas. From concept to warranty, we handle every step in-house: design, CAD, fabrication, installation, and post-project care. Our team includes trusted trade partners who’ve worked alongside Chase since 2012, and we treat them like the lifeblood of our company: valued for their craft, celebrated often, and respected always. In just two years, we’ve earned five MAX Awards — including Skilled Trade Company of the Year — solidifying our reputation as industry leaders.
